FAQ: 

1. What is a Virtual Cigar Event? Cigars are all about coming together with friends and building a community. Please join your fellow cigar lovers on Zoom for these fun and enriching experiences. Each event features a cigar brand from the club box. We will all enjoy the cigar together and discuss it. Brand owners and Featured Guests will be stopping by to share their industry knowledge and love for cigars.
2. How do I join the virtual events? Zoom dates and the passcode for the virtual events are on the cigar description card in the club box. An email reminder for the zoom is sent the day before. Please make sure to purchase with your preferred email address.
3. When will my order ship? Subscription orders are billed the 12th of the month and shipped the following Tuesday. Your first box will be billed and shipped immediately. Your first and second box may seem close together depending on the time of your initial order. 
4. What type of cigars can I expect? The club focuses mostly on new interesting cigars, with a few legacy brands mixed in. This is your chance to explore a wide range of cigar offerings without the stress and guesswork of trying boutique brands. 
5. How does the subscription work? The subscription is a rebilled monthly delivery of cigars. With the subscription, you become a club member. This makes you eligible for 10% off all in shop purchases (excluding the Big Ashes Club) and access to other members only sale events. The club membership is rebilled on the 12th of each month and ships the following Tuesday.
6. Can I send a box as a gift? Yes! The club box makes for a great gift. Leave a note in the order comments at checkout and we can include a personal note and leave the invoice out of the box if you prefer.
7. What if I want to cancel my subscription? Subscriptions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your order is scheduled to be billed by logging into your account, clicking "my subscriptions" and opting to cancel your membership or by emailing bigashes@bigashescigars.com

Hiram & Solomon Cigars

Shriner: A medium body blend with a smooth Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper. This unique blend of tobaccos from five different countries produces an unparalleled smoking experience with a floral bouquet, notes of cocoa and cedar with a delicate earthy finish. medium-bodied profile, a truly refined experience.

Grand Architect: A blend of carefully selected Aged Tobacco featuring a smooth, satiny, coffee bean brown Corojo Wrapper. Medium to full body cigar with a rustic aroma, light citrus and cinnamon spice that changes to a sweet cedar and leather notes with subtle hints of vanilla.

Traveling Man: Rated 97 by Stogie Press! Back to the club by request, this medium body blend is masterfully encased in a silky Sumatran wrapper from the island of Indonesia. The thick smoke is rich in aroma with a hint of spice and coffee on the palate. The Finish is soft and subtle.

Luciano Cigars

YPanda Domino: One of the most anticipated PCA releases, this limited edition features a unique blend of Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Brazilian Arapiraca and Mexican San Andrés binder, and an all-Nicaraguan filler. Y Panda is the creation of Linxu “Panda” Yan, who worked with Luciano to create a cigar line after he spent more than a year as an intern at Luciano Cigars. 

Underrated: This unique cigar is all about utilizing underappreciated tobaccos in a way that they shine. It embraces a batch of Nicaraguan medio tiempo in the filler that was pulled from the fields early due to excessive rainfall. These leaves were carefully fermented and aged for several years to achieve what many thought was impossible. “The story of Underrated is about surprise – the unexpected pleasure of discovering something remarkable where one least expects it.”

Fiat Lux: “To smoke a Fiat Lux is to know that even after you put it out, light remains.” This is a blend that generates deliberation. The construction of the cigar provokes an inevitable exploration of flavors as it ignites the taste buds for the sake of discovery. Enlightenment is a natural, mindful consequence of its physical attribute
