Shipping

All products will be shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS. The cost of shipping is $6.99. 

The average delivery time for all shipments within the contiguous United States for the standard delivery option is between 2-5 business days after shipping. Sometimes product delivery time varies depending on in-stock availability. 

Due to state mandate restrictions, BAC Box LLC does not ship tobacco products to South Dakota, Utah, Hawaii or California. 

Please note that shipping is only to adult customers over the age of 21. Do not order if you are not of legal age. 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not possible. If you have an issue with your order, please email bigashescigars@gmail.com and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

Canadian Shipping Information

• All shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
• Current Estimated Time of Arrival on all shipments to Canada is 10-20 business days.
• Customs can hold your shipment before it clears.
• Boxes are labeled from “BAC Box, LLC” and all items are marked on the declaration form.
• Canadian consumers are responsible for paying any taxes or fees levied by Canadian Customs.
• Any free shipping promotions do not qualify to shipments to Canada.
